Fish from Hortobágyl
The raw material for our frozen fish products is African catfish fillet from the Hortobágy, which we fry after breading, so it can be prepared in a few minutes in the oven at home without oil. Our range includes fried catfish fillets, catfish nuggets and the curiosity catfish greaves.
