The taste of tradition
In Hungary there is a long tradition of processing pork at home. To this day, such an event is a celebration. Mainly held throughout the winter, it is during the pig slaughters where delicacies such as different kinds of sausages, like the blood and liver sausage and roasts are being prepared. Therefore, our line of Authentic “Disznótor” Selection is made to honour this truly Hungarian heritage.
